Who We Are


Customer Service is a division of Water Utilities and is responsible for providing the highest quality of customer service and knowledge to our customers. 

The department serves more than 47,000 water account holders and attends to the needs of 227,000 residents ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the collection and assessment of user charges, as well as assisting customers with establishing utility services and addressing all utility service account-related inquiries.
